Connecticut’s Seventh 7 Brew, But a New Franchisee’s First
Norwalk will be 7 Brew’s seventh stand in Connecticut. Six locations are already open statewide: Bridgeport, Orange, New Haven, North Haven, Wallingford, and Vernon. Locations are also planned for New Milford and Middletown. But Norwalk isn’t run by the same group behind those six stands, it’s operated by Yankee Crew, a newly formed 7 Brew franchise team focused on Southern Connecticut and the New York region. Per Yankee Crew’s own hiring page, Norwalk and Bridgeport are its first two Connecticut stands, with more than 80 locations planned across Fairfield County, Southern Connecticut, and New York in the years ahead.
| City | Status |
|---|---|
| Bridgeport, Orange, New Haven, North Haven, Wallingford, Vernon | Open (other franchise groups) |
| Norwalk (this stand) | Confirmed address, opening soon (Yankee Crew) |
| Bridgeport (2nd stand) | Also confirmed for Yankee Crew, hiring underway |
| New Milford, Middletown | Planned, no confirmed address or date yet |
When Does It Open?
No official grand opening date has been announced. However, 7 Brew’s free drink delivery window (October 5-9, 2026) mirrors the pattern seen at other new stands in this project, where drink drops to local workplaces typically run in the final week or two before a stand opens to the public. We’ll update this article the moment a confirmed date or grand opening flyer is released.
Norwalk’s First 7 Brew
This will be the first 7 Brew inside Norwalk itself, and Fairfield County’s first stand overall. Norwalk, population roughly 91,000, sits on Long Island Sound between Stamford and Bridgeport, and is a major stop on the Metro-North commuter line into New York City. Connecticut Ave., where the new stand is located, is one of Norwalk’s busiest retail corridors, also home to a Costco, BevMax, and other high-traffic retailers.
