What Earns Points (And What Doesn’t)
Points are earned on qualifying small, medium and large drinks. Two things changed on August 12, 2026, so here is exactly what counts.
Earns 100 Points
- Small, medium and large drinks

- Ordered ahead in the 7 Brew app
- The same 100 points at every size
No Points
- 7 Brew Energy cans
- Kids-size drinks
Quick math: 10 qualifying drinks × 100 points = 1,000 points, enough for a free drink in any size. An Energy can or a kids-size drink adds 0 points.

When you reach 1,000 points you get a choice: redeem a free drink in any size, or keep saving for more reward options, including exclusive 7 Brew merch.

How to Use a Reward
- At the drive-thru: give the Brewista your phone number, tell them which reward you want, and they apply it at checkout.
- In the app: build your order and choose your available reward.
- Not sure what you have? Check your points and rewards in the app, or ask the Brewista at the window.
Points-based rewards can be redeemed any time you have enough points. Promotional rewards come with expiration dates, so use them before they run out.
The 7 Brew App and Order Ahead
The free 7 Brew app launched on August 12, 2026 for iPhone and Android. Here is what it adds to your rewards.
Order Ahead
Pick your local stand, choose and customize your drinks, and place your order any time during the stand’s operating hours.
Pay at the Drive-Thru
You don’t pay in the app. Payment is completed at the drive-thru when a Brewista checks you in.
Rewards Account Required
You need a 7 Brew Rewards account to place an order in the app. Points already in your account transfer to the app automatically.
Watch out for lookalike apps. Some unrelated apps use similar names. Use the buttons above or the link on 7brew.com/rewards, and check that the developer is 7 Brew before you enter any personal information.

Birthday Reward and Points Expiry
Two rules every member should know: your yearly birthday treat, and how long your points last.
Birthday Reward
1 WeekYour birthday reward loads into your account automatically, and it is available for one week after your birthday.
Open the app or ask your Brewista to see what’s waiting in your account, and use it before the week is up.
Do Points Expire?
365 DaysPoints and free drinks expire if there has been no purchase made with your 7 Brew Rewards account for 365 consecutive days.
Keep your account active: a purchase made with your rewards account restarts the 365-day clock. Promotional rewards have their own expiration dates, so check those separately.

The Basics
How does 7 Brew Rewards work?
You earn 100 points on every qualifying small, medium or large drink. Once you reach 1,000 points, you can redeem a free drink in any size or keep saving for more reward options, including 7 Brew merch. You can join with just your phone number.
How many drinks do I need to buy for a free drink?
Ten. Each qualifying drink earns 100 points, so 10 drinks gets you to 1,000 points, enough for a free drink in any size.
Do bigger drinks earn more points?
No. A qualifying small, medium or large drink earns the same 100 points, so size only changes the price, not your points.
Do 7 Brew Energy cans and kids-size drinks earn points?
No. Since August 12, 2026, points are earned on qualifying small, medium and large drinks only. 7 Brew Energy cans and kids-size drinks no longer count.
Has anything changed with the 7 Brew Rewards program?
The basics are the same: give your phone number at the stand, your Brewista pulls up your account, and you earn 100 points per qualifying drink. The big change is at 1,000 points. Instead of a free drink being added automatically, you now choose from the available reward offers.
How do I join 7 Brew Rewards?
Give your phone number to a Brewista at the drive-thru, or download the free 7 Brew app and sign up there. No card is needed.

Redeeming and Expiry
How do I redeem my points?
In the app, tap the Rewards tab at the bottom of the screen to see your total points and the reward offers you can choose from. At the drive-thru, give the Brewista your phone number and tell them which reward you want.
What can I redeem my points for?
At 1,000 points you can redeem a free drink or keep saving for more options. As your points grow, more rewards unlock, including exclusive 7 Brew merch such as keychains, t-shirts and sweatshirts.
How can I check my points balance?
Open the Rewards tab in the 7 Brew app, or give your phone number to the Brewista at the drive-thru and ask them to check your account.
Do points and free drinks expire?
They can. Points and free drinks expire if there is no purchase made with your 7 Brew Rewards account for 365 consecutive days. Any purchase with your account keeps it active.
Will my points from before the app still count?
Yes. Every point already in your rewards account transfers to the app automatically, so there is nothing to move over yourself.
Will my saved free drinks turn back into points?
No. Free drinks already saved to your account stay as free drinks. They are not converted back into points.
The 7 Brew App and Ordering
Where can I download the 7 Brew app, and is it free?
Download it from the Apple App Store on iPhone or the Google Play Store on Android. The app is free, and you don’t have to buy anything to use it.
Does the app work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. It’s available on both iPhone and Android phones.
Do I need an account to use the app?
You can look around the app without an account, but you need a valid 7 Brew Rewards account to place a drink order.
Do I have to use the app to keep using my rewards account?
No. You can keep earning and redeeming at the stand just like before, by giving your phone number to the Brewista. The app is optional.
Do app orders earn points?
Yes. Qualifying drinks earn the same 100 points whether you order ahead in the app or order at the drive-thru.
How does mobile ordering work?
Open the app, choose the stand you plan to visit, pick your drinks and customize them the way you like, then place the order.
Can I pay for my order in the app?
No. Payment for app orders is completed at the drive-thru when a Brewista checks you in.
How soon can I order ahead?
Any time during your local stand’s operating hours. Place the order when it suits you and pick it up the same day.
How do I reorder my favorite drinks?
Your recent orders appear at the top of the ordering menu for quick access. You can also tap the heart icon on a drink to save it to your Favorites tab.
Can I place more than one mobile order at a time?
No. Mobile orders go one at a time. Once your current order is complete, you can place the next one.
What if I picked the wrong stand or need to change my drink?
Cancel the order and place a new one.
Help and Support
What should I do if the app isn’t working or I have a problem with an order?
Contact 7 Brew through the form at 7brew.com/support and choose “App” as the subject. They handle app problems and mobile order issues there.
What if my points or rewards look wrong?
Send a request through the form at 7brew.com/support with “App” selected as the subject, so 7 Brew can look at your account. We’re an independent fan site and can’t see or change anyone’s rewards account.
How do I report a bug or share feedback about the app?
Use the contact form at 7brew.com/support and select “App” as the subject.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Submit a deletion request through the form at 7brew.com/support and select “App” as the subject.
Why does the app look cut off or hard to navigate?
7 Brew is aware that some Android users see display or navigation problems on certain phones, and its team is working on a fix. In the meantime, 7 Brew’s own FAQ suggests trying your phone’s font and display size settings or switching its navigation style.
