Polk County Context: The Second 7 Brew
7 Brew’s existing Polk County stand is at 701 Champions Drive in Davenport, according to the company’s location page as cited by Hoodline. In May 2026, Hoodline, citing the Tampa Bay Business Journal, reported that 7 Brew had filed a Polk County water permit for a potential new stand near Haines City, which would be the brand’s second in the county. That report named no street address, so we cannot say whether the permit is for the Heart of Florida Center site or another one, and it said no opening date existed at the time. A water permit is an early step before construction and does not by itself guarantee a stand will be built.
What to Expect When It Opens
Newly opened 7 Brew stands typically run a promotional opening sequence. Recent openings we have covered, such as Burleson, TX and Lebanon, TN, announced Caffeine for a Cause fundraiser days, Friends & Family free drinks, Community Hours and a Swag Day. Haines City has announced none of these yet, so do not assume the same schedule. 7 Brew stands are drive-thru only with no indoor seating.
