Where Exactly Is This 7 Brew Located?
The new stand sits within the existing Half Price Books parking lot on White Bear Ave, on the west side of the property next to a Michaels. Per the city’s site plan, the project includes a 510-square-foot building, a separate 388-square-foot remote cooler, two drive-thru lanes, and eight short-term parking stalls. Building it required removing 34 existing parking spaces from the shared Half Price Books and Michaels lot, and the developer had to request a city waiver since the remaining spaces fall short of Maplewood’s normal parking requirements.
