Hours
| Day | Regular hours (after opening) |
|---|---|
| Sunday – Thursday | 5:30 AM – 10:00 PM |
| Friday – Saturday | 5:30 AM – 11:00 PM |
These are the hours shown on 7 Brew’s official location page; the event windows above apply during opening week. The page also lists Jackpot Day on the 7th of every month, 7 AM to 7 PM. Saturday, November 7 is the 7th, but the stand does not open for business until November 9, so it is unclear whether Jackpot Day applies there that day.
Where It Is: 150 S US Highway 67
The stand is at 150 S US Highway 67, Midlothian, TX 76065, in Ellis County south of Dallas. The state record spells the address “150 US Highway 67,” and the flyer prints “150. US Highway 67,” so you may see any of the three. 7 Brew stands are drive-thru only with no indoor seating. Open 150 S US Highway 67 in Google Maps
Midlothian, TX or Midlothian, VA? 7 Brew also has stands in Midlothian, Virginia, on Midlothian Turnpike and Hull Street Road. This grand opening is for Midlothian, Texas.
What the State Construction Record Shows
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) accessibility record for 150 US Highway 67 is titled “New Drive Thru Coffee Stand,” and a mirror of the record lists the facility as “7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee”:
| Item | What the record lists |
|---|---|
| Project number | TABS2026017552 |
| Project type | New construction, 1,728 square feet |
| Estimated cost | $1,500,000 |
| Registered | April 14, 2026 |
| Scheduled start | May 1, 2026 |
| Review complete | May 22, 2026 |
| Scheduled completion | July 31, 2026 (a plan, not proof the building was done on that date) |
| Property owner | Weber MG Midlothian II LLC |
| Design firm | GBC Design Inc |
The 1,728 square feet is larger than the roughly 510 to 550 square feet on other Texas 7 Brew filings we have covered, and the record does not explain the difference. It lists a tenant, but we have not named it and have not confirmed an operator for this stand.
A Second Midlothian Address Was Reported
WhatNow reported on July 31, 2026 that a Midlothian 7 Brew at 1371 W. Main Street was aiming to open in mid-September, citing Rick Nader, president of Motley 7 Brew, a franchise group. That is a different address from the one on 7 Brew’s official page and flyer. We do not know whether it is a second Midlothian stand, a changed plan or an error, so this guide uses 150 S US Highway 67, the address 7 Brew lists for the November 9 grand opening. If you are heading out, confirm the address on 7 Brew’s page.
