Foundry Real Estate Development’s Matt Gagliano told Knox Pages that a 7 Brew build typically takes about seven weeks from start to finish, and that the August 27 groundbreaking week was Week 1. The reported schedule was site prep and topsoil removal, then footers, freezer and dumpster pads and stem walls, with the prefabricated building set in place on September 11 and construction targeted to wrap up around October 2. No opening date was set in that report, because Gagliano said it depended on final inspections and approvals. The November 2 date on 7 Brew’s page is the official opening date.
