Quick answer: 7 Brew Swag Day is Saturday, October 17, 2026. At the 13 participating stands, a large drink purchase earns a free 7 Brew shirt while supplies last, and the announcement says designs may vary. The stands are Rock Hill, Gaffney, and Anderson, SC; Austintown, Powell, and Canton, OH; Northport and Mobile, AL; Rockford, IL; Adrian, MI; Norman, OK; Indianapolis, IN; and Lincolnton, NC.

The Swag Day graphics do not list hours. Swag Day at new stands has run from 5:30 AM to 11 PM during earlier grand opening weeks, but 7 Brew has not confirmed hours for October 17, and most of these official pages show a blank hours section, so check the stand’s page or social accounts before you go.

How Swag Day Works

What the Swag Day Shirts Look Like

The announcement shows three designs: a light blue shirt with an illustration of a 7 Brew drive-thru stand, a pink shirt with a script “Pink Mermaid” design and the 7 Brew Coffee name, and a dark gray shirt with a grind-themed slogan graphic. The graphic says “designs may vary,” so the shirt you get may not match these exactly.

Tips to Get Your Free Shirt

• Go early. Shirts are limited at every stand, and supplies are not published.
• Order a large. The free shirt is tied to a large drink, so a smaller size will not qualify.
• Check your stand’s page first. Hours and details can change, and several pages list no hours at all.
• Use the right address. Norman, Indianapolis, and Canton have more than one 7 Brew, so confirm the street address on the map before you drive.
• Use 7 Brew Rewards. You can earn points on your large drink with 7 Brew Rewards.

Why So Many Stands Are Joining Swag Day

Most of these stands are brand new. Seven of the official pages show an October 12, 2026 opening, and Austintown shows October 5. Swag Day is part of 7 Brew’s standard grand opening week, which usually also includes pay-what-you-want Caffeine for a Cause days, Friends & Family free drinks, and Community Hours. WiseVoter reported on September 30 that 7 Brew planned more than 50 openings across 31 states in October 2026, citing the St. Cloud Times, so expect more Swag Days at other new stands in the coming weeks.
