A commercial listing for the Suffolk Shopping Center covers 1401-1463 North Main Street, about 85,800 square feet, anchored by Kroger and Belk, so 1461 falls inside that address range. We have not confirmed whether the stand is a pad site or inside that property, so use the address and the map link. 7 Brew in Hampton Roads
Suffolk is part of the Hampton Roads region. WTKR reported in January 2026 that a 7 Brew planned for 1033 Frederick Blvd in Portsmouth would be the second in the area, after a stand on Mercury Blvd in Newport News, with no opening date announced at that time. We did not find a local news article specific to the Suffolk stand, so this page relies on 7 Brew’s official page and flyer.
