Caffeine for a Cause: Benefiting Camp Benny
The first event starts before the official opening. Per the flyer, drinks are pay what you want, all proceeds go to Camp Benny, and the menu is limited. The flyer does not name the organization behind Camp Benny. The New Orleans-area Camp Benny we found is a summer camp for autistic children run by the Beignet Fest Foundation. Its site says the 2026 sessions were June 8 to 26 and July 6 to 24 at Rudolph Matas Elementary in Metairie, that every 2026 spot was filled, and that financial help for campers is offered to families who qualify. We have not confirmed that the flyer refers to this exact program, and 7 Brew has not said how the donation will be used.

About the Site on Manhattan Boulevard
Hoodline reported on May 19, 2026 that 7 Brew Real Estate LLC bought a smaller lot fronting Manhattan Boulevard near the AMC Westbank Palace 16 for roughly $1 million. It cites Jefferson Parish dockets for a lot split creating a pad of about 19,000 square feet, plus variance requests for a small two-lane drive-thru. The article gave no street number, and a 7 Brew spokesperson said the projects were in the early stages. Yelp lists the theater at 1151 Manhattan Boulevard, next to this address, but we have not confirmed that the dockets describe 1161 Manhattan Boulevard. Treat those details as likely but unverified.
Is This 7 Brew’s Only Stand in Harvey?
No. Biz New Orleans reported a Harvey ribbon-cutting on August 29, 2025 at 1635 Barataria Boulevard, with an $18,000 donation to One Heart NOLA and 65 jobs, calling it the fourth Greater New Orleans location. 7 Brew’s own page for a nearby stand lists 1645 Barataria Boulevard, Marrero. We have not confirmed whether those are the same stand or whether the street numbers differ. The Manhattan Boulevard stand is a separate, newer location.
What We Do Not Know
- Who the franchisee is. The land purchase was reported under 7 Brew Real Estate LLC, and no operator was named.
- Menu or hiring details for this stand.
- Whether Caffeine for a Cause accepts both cash and cards, and the final donation total.
