7 Brew West Chester, PA Grand Opening: November 16, 2026 at 829 Paoli Pike

7 Brew’s official location page lists its West Chester, PA stand at 829 Paoli Pike as “Coming Soon: November 16th, 2026,” and the grand opening flyer confirms Opening Day on Monday, November 16. The flyer starts the celebration earlier than most: Caffeine for a Cause on November 6 to 8 (pay what you want, with proceeds going to Community Warehouse Project), then free small drinks for Friends & Family and Community Hours, and Swag Day on Saturday, November 21.

Friends & Family free small drinks run November 13–15. Opening Day is Monday, November 16, followed by Community Hours (free small drinks) through Friday, November 20. Swag Day is Saturday, November 21, from 5:30 AM to 11 PM, while supplies last.

How Each Event Works

• Caffeine for a Cause (Nov 6–8). The flyer says “Pay what you want. All proceeds donated to Community Warehouse Project. Limited menu available.” It is not a free-drink event. Bring cash or a card and give what you choose.
• Friends & Family (Nov 13–15). The flyer labels this “Free Small Drinks!” with “1 drink per present customer.” Times differ by day, so check the table.
• Opening Day (Monday, Nov 16). The flyer gives the date only. The official location page shows the same date as “Coming Soon.”
• Community Hours (Nov 16–20). Free small drinks in three one-hour windows each day, one drink per present customer.
• Swag Day (Saturday, Nov 21). “Large Drink = Free Shirt!” from 5:30 AM to 11 PM, while supplies last. The flyer shows red, gray and purple shirts. Sizes and quantities are not stated.

The flyer does not define “present customer.” We read it as one free drink for each person who is there, but 7 Brew has not clarified.

About Community Warehouse Project

The flyer names Community Warehouse Project as the Caffeine for a Cause beneficiary. A Sadsbury Township page describes it as a Chester County furniture bank that collects gently used furniture and housewares and distributes them to families, individuals and veterans in need, with referrals from over 90 social service agencies. The same page lists its address as 800 E. Virginia Avenue, Building 3, West Chester, PA 19380. 7 Brew has not announced a donation goal, and the flyer says only that all proceeds are donated.

Hours After Opening

The official location page lists these hours:

Hours can change. Confirm on the official page before you go.

Address, Location and Contact

The flyer prints “St.3” after the address, and 7 Brew’s page does not. We could not find an explanation, so we show both. The phone number is printed on 7 Brew’s page as shown, and its (479) area code is an Arkansas code, so confirm it before you rely on it.

What Local Reports Say About the Site

The details below come from planning-stage reports, so the finished stand may differ.

• Planning review. The Hello West Chester newsletter reported on September 12, 2025 that 7 Brew submitted a subdivision plan to the West Goshen Planning Commission for a drive-thru location on Paoli Pike, in the vacant space in front of Aldi.
• Approval. A Citizen Portal report said the West Goshen Township Board of Supervisors unanimously approved Resolution 12-2026 on June 2, 2026, granting preliminary and final land-development approval for a 510-square-foot, dual-lane drive-through coffee shop within the Aldi shopping center. The same report said the board added conditions on deliveries, parking and stormwater, and that the company said service would be drive-only. That report misprints the street as “Paley Pike” and is a short automated summary, so check the township’s resolution for specifics.
• Franchise group. What Now Philadelphia reported in January 2026 that Brew Team plans to bring 7 Brew to Chester County and had about 16 Pennsylvania deals in its 2026 pipeline. That report did not give addresses, so we cannot confirm that Brew Team operates this stand.

What the Flyer Does Not Show

• No Opening Day deal beyond the date.
• No Jackpot Day offer for opening week. The official page says stands celebrate on the 7th of each month from 7 AM to 7 PM. The stand is not open on November 7, when this flyer shows Caffeine for a Cause. By our reading, the first Jackpot Day after opening is December 7. See our Jackpot Day guide.
• No donation target or total for Community Warehouse Project.

Tips for Opening Week

• Caffeine for a Cause starts this Friday, November 6. The menu is limited, so do not expect every drink.
• Match your visit to the day’s window, which differ between days.
• Plan for a line. 7 Brew openings often draw crowds, though we have no West Chester wait data.
• Go on Saturday, November 21 for the shirt, and buy a large drink. Supplies are limited.
• Join 7 Brew Rewards for points on every drink.
