7 Brew’s TikTok strategy centers on blending organic, creator-style content with Spark Ads (TikTok’s tool for boosting real customer posts) rather than traditional polished commercials. According to an official TikTok For Business case study, a single 7 Brew campaign generated a 26.9 percent lift in ad recall, a 6 percent lift in brand awareness, 3x follower growth, and more than 57,953 new followers, using fewer than 30 videos total.

7 Brew grew from 14 locations at the start of 2022 to 602 by the end of 2025, according to the company’s own Franchise Disclosure Document filings, then crossed 700 stands by mid-2026. That is roughly a 4,200 percent increase in unit count in four years, making it the fastest-growing restaurant chain in America by percentage growth during that stretch, per Datassential and QSR Magazine reporting.

As of July 2026, 7 Brew’s biggest PR moments are almost entirely positive and self-generated – the 777-stand “Lucky Lanes” celebration, the Dude Perfect “Operation Trick Shot” collaboration, and an American Idol judges’-cup sponsorship. The chain’s one real controversy is a February 2026 lawsuit in which founder Ron Crume accused a construction partner of embezzling more than 2 million dollars from the company that builds 7 Brew’s modular stands – a dispute that was dismissed after settlement in April 2026 and never touched 7 Brew’s corporate entity or franchise operations directly.
