Caffeine for a Cause: What to Know
Caffeine for a Cause is 7 Brew’s standard opening-weekend fundraiser: instead of a set price, you pay what you want for your drink and the stand directs the proceeds to a charity. For Leon Valley, the flyer names St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the three event windows above. The flyer’s badge also mentions free small drinks, which is not consistent with the pay-what-you-want text beside it. We are following the written details, so treat the free small drinks as the Community Hours that start on October 26, and confirm with the stand if you are planning around the weekend.

What the State Construction Filing Shows
Texas requires accessibility plan review for commercial projects, and a public filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) matches this address. We cite it for the project details only:
| Item | What the filing lists |
|---|---|
| Project number | TABS2026022290 |
| Project type | New ground-up construction, about 550 square feet |
| Estimated cost | About $1,000,000 |
| Filed | June 8, 2026 |
| Scheduled start / completion | July 1, 2026 / October 1, 2026 (scheduled dates, not confirmed completion) |
| Owner on the filing | Capital Investment Group LLP (Austin, TX) |
| Design firm | Arkifex Studios |
The compact footprint is consistent with 7 Brew’s drive-thru-only format, and 7 Brew stands have no indoor seating. The filing’s completion date is a plan, not proof the building was finished on that day.
Who Is Behind the Leon Valley Stand?
We could not confirm the franchise operator. Capital Investment Group LLP appears as the owner on the state filing, which commonly identifies the property or project owner rather than the person running the coffee business, so we are not naming a franchisee. We also found no local news coverage of the project. If you want to work there, use the hiring link on 7 Brew’s Leon Valley page.
