7 Brew Springfield, IL Grand Opening: November 16, 2026 at 2631 N Dirksen Parkway
7 Brew’s official location page lists its Springfield, IL stand at 2631 North Dirksen Parkway as “Coming Soon: November 16th, 2026,” and the grand opening flyer confirms Opening Day on Monday, November 16. Before that, a pay-what-you-want Caffeine for a Cause on November 6–8 raises money for One Mission, and Friends & Family free small drinks run November 13–15. Community Hours follow on November 16–20, then Swag Day on Saturday, November 21. This is Springfield’s second 7 Brew stand and replaces our earlier Dirksen Parkway reports, which reported an opening that had not happened.

How Each Event Works
- Caffeine for a Cause (Nov 6–8). The flyer tag reads “Pay What You Want,” with proceeds going to One Mission and “limited menu available.” The flyer does not list the limited menu.
- Friends & Family (Nov 13–15). “Free Small Drinks!” with “1 drink per present customer,” in two windows on Friday and Saturday and one on Sunday.
- Opening Day (Monday, Nov 16). The flyer gives the date only. The official location page shows the same date as “Coming Soon.”
- Community Hours (Nov 16–20). Free small drinks in three one-hour windows each day, one drink per present customer.
- Swag Day (Saturday, Nov 21). “Large Drink = Free Shirt!” from 5:30 AM to 11 PM, while supplies last. Sizes, colors and quantities are not stated.
The flyer does not define “present customer.” We read it as one free drink for each person who is there, but 7 Brew has not clarified.
About the Charity: One Mission
The flyer says Caffeine for a Cause proceeds go to “One Mission,” printed in one spot as “One Misson.” We could not confirm which organization this is, and the flyer does not describe it. Check 7 Brew Springfield’s social pages before you donate, and treat any charity details you see elsewhere as unverified until the stand confirms them.
