7 Brew Swag Day: buy a large drink and get a free shirt on Friday, November 6, 2026.
How Swag Day Works
Buy a Large Drink
The announcement reads “Large drink = free shirt.” The free shirt comes with a large drink purchase.
Limited Supplies
The grand opening flyers say “while supplies last.” Stand supplies are not published, so stands that run out will stop handing them out.
Designs May Vary
The announcement says the shirt designs may vary, and it does not mention sizes.
Drive-Thru Only
7 Brew stands are drive-thru only with no indoor seating, so you pick up your shirt at the window.
What the Swag Day Shirts Look Like
The announcement shows three designs. A light blue shirt carries an illustration of a 7 Brew drive-thru stand with “Seven” and “Drive Thru Coffee” lettering. A pink shirt has a script “Pink Mermaid” design with the 7 Brew Coffee name, and is the one marked “designs may vary.” A dark gray shirt carries a slogan graphic that is partly cropped in the image; it appears to read “Rise and Grind.” Because designs may vary, the shirt you get may not match these exactly.

Tips to Get Your Free Shirt
- Go early. Shirts are limited at every stand, and supplies are not published.
- Order a large. The free shirt is tied to a large drink, so a smaller size will not qualify.
- Double-check the address. Owensboro and St. Louis each have an older 7 Brew, and Lebanon, MO and Lebanon, IN also have stands.
- Check the stand’s social pages. Details can change, especially in a stand’s first week.
- Use 7 Brew Rewards. You can earn points on your large drink with 7 Brew Rewards.
Why These Stands Are Joining Swag Day
All five stands were scheduled to open on Monday, November 2 on their grand opening flyers. Swag Day is part of 7 Brew’s standard grand opening sequence, which usually also includes Friends & Family free drinks, Community Hours and, at some stands, pay-what-you-want Caffeine for a Cause days. For these stands, Swag Day on November 6 closes out the first week of business.
