Who Benefits From Caffeine for a Cause?
The flyer credits local first responders and a community food bank as the beneficiaries of this opening’s pay-what-you-want fundraiser, without naming a specific department or food bank branch. New Jersey’s largest hunger-relief network in this part of the state is the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, a Feeding America member serving 11 counties, though we haven’t been able to confirm whether that’s the specific organization named on this flyer. We’ll update this section if a more specific name is announced.

Where Exactly Is This 7 Brew Going?
The new stand is confirmed at 132 NJ-31 N, inside the Raritan Town Square shopping center, right next to PetSmart. Route 31 is one of Hunterdon County’s main commercial corridors, and this location puts the stand directly in the path of commuters heading through Flemington, the county seat.
Part of a Five-Lease Northeast Expansion
Flemington isn’t an isolated project. According to Real Estate NJ, 7 Brew signed four new New Jersey leases plus one in New York’s Rockland County in a single package brokered by RIPCO Real Estate’s Jordan Cohn and Jake Frantzman:
| Location | Address | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Clark, NJ | 1005 Raritan Road | Open |
| Flemington, NJ (this stand) | 132 NJ-31 N (Raritan Town Square) | Opens September 28, 2026 |
| Upper Saddle River, NJ | 207 Route 17 South | Coming soon |
| Newton, NJ | 21 Hampton House Rd (Hampton Plaza) | Coming soon |
| West Haverstraw, NY | 45 South Route 9W (Samsondale Plaza) | Coming soon |
The Flemington lease is with landlord broker Michael Gartenberg of Garden Commercial, per Real Estate NJ’s June 2026 report.
Flemington’s First 7 Brew
This is confirmed as the first 7 Brew in Hunterdon County. New Jersey has around a dozen open 7 Brew locations, concentrated in South Jersey and along the northern I-287 corridor, with Flemington becoming the chain’s first stand in the central New Jersey/Hunterdon County market. Flemington, population roughly 4,900, is the county seat of Hunterdon County and home to the historic Hunterdon County Courthouse, site of the 1935 Lindbergh kidnapping trial, and the Flemington Historic District along Main Street.
