More stands followed steadily: two more east-side locations, then a first true west-side stand at 325 S. Ridge Road inside the Lowe’s parking lot at Maple and Ridge, which opened in September 2026 after a delay tied to getting proper sewer lines installed on Lowe’s property. 7 Brew’s own location search still lists 110 N. Rock Road as “Coming Soon” as of this writing, meaning it hasn’t opened yet despite being announced before several of the stands that followed it.

Why the West Side, and Why Now

This new stand fulfills a plan managing partner Connor Johnson laid out publicly before the Ridge Road location even opened.

Johnson had explained that the franchise group originally intended to open on the west side before the east side, but simply found available real estate more quickly on the east.
